Mission Statement:  

The Mission of the West Jefferson Youth is to
educate and develop every child with the desire to participate and compete, while simultaneously affording equal opportunity to compete, without regard to experience, or athletic ability. 

We are committed to instilling our core values of Attitude, Effort, and Teamwork in the youth of our community through sport and other community activities.  We believe these values are important to
their overall Long Term Athletic Development and their ability to become active and productive members of our community and society.

WJY Inc Bylaws and Purpose

The purpose of West Jefferson Youth
Incorporated is to establish a positive culture promoted by our core values of Attitude, Effort, and Teamwork in the education and development in the youth of our community through sport and other community activities.

We will offer activities to the youth of our community and encourage them to be drug and alcohol free for their overall health and safety.

We will do all things necessary and lawful under the laws of
the state of Ohio to accomplish the same in and for our organization.  In accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of The
Federal Internal Revenue Code, West Jefferson Youth Inc. shall operate
exclusively as a non profit organization by providing our community and
surrounding communities sports and activities. 

No part of the net earnings will benefit members of the Board, or
individuals associated with West Jeff Youth Inc. as volunteers or coaches
